Tim is a Certified Practising Valuer with the Australian Institute of Valuers (A.A.I.V). Engaged in the Property Industry for over 30 years and has been valuing Real Estate for 25 years. Tim’s background is in valuation, project assessment, feasibility and development. His particular strength is large scale Civic and Community projects and multi-stage residential developments. He has a proven capacity for Local Government projects.
History
Prior to establishing his own practice 2007, Tim enjoyed a successful career in Local Government senior management where he successfully managed projects in excess of $100m, generating alternate income streams for Council’s in excess of $20m with zero start- up funds.
